Inter Library Loans

To request an item that is not held by Gloucestershire Libraries you can request an ‘inter library loan" (ILL) and a search will be made to see if it can be borrowed from another library. Please note that there is a £5.50 charge per item for this service.  This needs to be paid at the time of ordering, and is non-refundable, even if the item cannot be supplied.

We only order books which are over 6 months old, if under 6 months old please use the Make a Suggestion Form.

Please note that titles from the British Library may not be available as they are continuing to experience a major technology outage as a result of a cyber-attack.
